About the role
As our Recruitment Officer, you are the person who makes sure our teams have the talent they need to design, build, and support cutting-edge unmanned aerial systems. You handle every step of the international recruitment process, from finding candidates in different countries to helping them relocate and settle in. Your work keeps our projects moving and helps us bring in the right people, wherever they are.
You work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues to keep the recruitment process smooth and efficient. Your efforts directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products and services worldwide.
What you will do
- Source candidates internationally using job boards, social networks, agencies, and referrals.
- Review CVs and conduct initial screening interviews by phone or video to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews, tests, and assessments with hiring managers and candidates across multiple countries.
- Inform candidates about job duties, compensation, benefits, schedules, and working conditions.
- Prepare offers within approved ranges and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Arrange relocation, visa, travel, and accommodation for new hires in collaboration with HR and travel teams.
- Keep the recruitment pipeline and candidate records up to date in Odoo.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional communities to expand our talent pool.
What success looks like
- Vacancies are filled within the targeted timeframe agreed with hiring managers.
- Offer acceptance rates meet or exceed set targets.
- New hires arrive on schedule and complete relocation smoothly.
- Candidate records and recruitment pipelines are always current and accurate.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least two to four years of experience in recruitment, ideally with international hiring exposure.
- You are comfortable reviewing CVs and conducting interviews by phone or video.
- Experience coordinating interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates.
- Confidence preparing job offers and negotiating terms with candidates.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment or HR software, spreadsheets, and document management tools.
- Clear, professional communication in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage several vacancies at once.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting relocation, visa, or international onboarding processes.
- Background working with technology or engineering companies.
- Familiarity with Odoo or similar recruitment systems.
Who you work with
You report to the Human Capital Operations Manager. You work closely with hiring managers, HR and travel teams, and recruitment partners. No direct reports, but you are the main contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. When you are away, another member of the Human Capital Management team stands in for you.
